Pall Trinity Micro (PTM) is a midsized manufacturing
company located in central New York which makes highly sophisticated filtration,
purification and separation products. Like many organizations today, PTM
is undergoing a radical change in its infrastructure, in an effort
to improve its competitive advantage. PTM is now required to be more flexible,
adaptable and reliable in meeting customer requirements and providing
the highest levels of shareholder value.
To make this change, PTM management has partnered with INNOVA Group to
use their expertise in helping us initiate the organizational adjustments
and training required. INNOVA Group helped PTM managers
construct and organize a five hour Business Skills Training workshop to
begin the change intervention process. The impact and success of this
training was immediately felt. The facility improved its performance in
several critical success indicators. Ship on time performance was improved
to a level of 96% and the quality of our products as measured by our customers,
improved by 50%. We became certified to ISO 9001:2000 and installed a
new information system that was seamless to our customer base. These are
just to name a few!
Currently our work with INNOVA Group is focused on creating a Management
Development Process. We quickly recognized that the skills and competencies
within our management community needed to improve to support the organizational
change we were evoking and in support of our business requirements moving
forward. INNOVA and PTM will be launching a series of three day management
development workshops.
