INNOVA's Monthly Project Management Chautauquas

INNOVA Group, Inc. began having monthly project management breakfast meetings in 2002. These meetings are a way to promote professiona lnetworking, best practice sharing for dealing with 21st centurybusiness challenges. Topics discussed include project management, applications, process improvement, leadership development, organization development, change management, etc. An INNOVA consultant facilitates the meetings to ensure the most learning.

Purpose:
To expand awareness of project management theory and concepts and how they support the maximization of human and organizational potential

Expectations:
To contribute to project management in the Triangle
To provide PDU support as appropriate
To create local network of relationships
