This seminar introduces the rationale for and requirements of a High Performance Learning Organization. Participants gain insight into the leadership and governance thinking, communications and behaviors needed to create and sustain organizations that compete by learning faster and being more agile in capturing marketplace potential. The morning session is spent defining cultural and governance requirements for a High Performance Learning Organization. The afternoon session engages participants in self-discovery and application planning.

The purpose of this seminar is to create awareness and energize managers and key enablers to pursue excellence in execution to capture marketplace potential. Learning objectives for this seminar are as follows.
- Define high performance and the benefits of being a high performance learning organization
- Identify how high performance is created and sustained
- Analyze the need for change (organizationally and personally)
- Establish a plan to go forward
Learning Process:
Participants are immersed in exploring and analyzing high performance theory and application. They are continually engaged in using a learning journal for facilitating individual introspection, sharing insights, and promoting application of high performance.
