Our dedicated and focused professionals provide the focus and drive for INNOVA. Each provides a critical element of support for INNOVA's value added consultative process.

 

Dr. Timothy Stockert, Ed.D, Owner & Principal

Tim provides overall leadership for INNOVA and is the firm's leading technology designer. His client focus is organizational, management and leadership development.

Rick Bilbro, PMP, Senior Principal

Rick is the firm's project management theorist and advocate for professionalism in the use of project management. His client focus is mentoring all INNOVA professionals in the use of project management best practices andproviding advanced training and support to Fortune 500 companies in partnership with educational services.

Deborah Underwood, PMP, Business Manager

Deborah provides business management support for INNOVA. In this capacity she oversees all financial and administrative support. In addition, she also develops and conducts project management training for selected clients and coordinates PMP certification.

Ron McLeod, PMP, Associate

Ron supports all INNOVA learning technologies and interventions. His areas of focus are leadership development and project management training.

Wilma Herrera, Project Coordinator

Wilma provides a comprehensive array of support to INNOVA learning technology development and application. She provides graphic design, data analysis, report writing and program development support for all INNOVA projects.
